Sylvia spearheaded the Customer Success growth at Omnilytics and is active in the Customer Success community in SEA, advising first-hand practical experiences in the set-up and scaling of a Customer Success practice.

In 2016, Sylvia became the youngest female tech entrepreneur in the country to make the Asia Forbes 30 Under 30 Retail & eCommerce.
