Rahul is a senior Customer Success Manager at Microsoft with over 15 years of consulting and industry experience in digital and business transformation. Before joining Microsoft, he worked as a Customer Success Executive in Zendesk and prior to that, led large scale consulting projects for KPMG Singapore and Deloitte USA for several years.
He has been based in Singapore for the past 8 years and covers Microsoft’s key strategic enterprise customers across the APAC region. Rahul has worked in multiple sectors (tech, financial services, telecom, government, energy) and across multiple geographies (USA, Europe, ASEAN, LATAM, Australia, India). He has a Master’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University.
