Hani is currently the Customer Success Lead in the ANZ region for ABBYY, a company driving transformation with digital intelligence. Previously he worked in the Telecom, MediaTech, Digital transformation, AdTech, EdTech, and PropTech industries, with a broad and diverse experience in multiple regions (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific), and the know-how of building Customer Success teams, establishing/managing/growing processes, strategic partnerships, and delivering customer results in both start-ups and established corporations.
