Arun is a customer success leader with close to 15 years of Extensive experience in building, motivating and developing high-performing, multi-national customer success organizations that drives customer retention, growth and customer advocacy. In his current role Arun leads the renewals and customer success organization for NetApp in APAC. Previously he has worked with companies like Quest Software, Veritas Technologies and managed outsourced Customer success organizations for companies like Google, Red Hat and BMC Software.  

In his current role he Strategically partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop proactive programs and processes that result in improved operational efficiencies and enhanced service delivery.
